Our Team

"Children must be taught how to think, not what to think." - Margaret Mead

What we love about working here...

  • My great coworkers and boss!

  • We are a small center.

  • We are like a family.

  • I have guidance whenever I need it.

  • I never have the same day twice.

  • I feel appreciated.

  • I enjoy having my own classroom and I have the support to create what my class needs and wants.

  • I love the environment.

  • I am excited to be at work everyday.

  • The atmosphere/energy makes me want to be involved.

  • I consider everyone that I work with a friend.

  • It's like a second family, a home away from home.

  • I love coming home after work and thinking about my day and realizing how much we help and influence families in such a positive way.

At Bright Ideas Childcare our staff approach learning in a fun, enthusiastic way to capture the children’s interest.  We want learning to be fun.   We are here to work together with you to care for your child and to teach them about the world around them.

I am currently the Lead Preschool teacher at Bright Ideas. I have worked here since the opening in 2009, and have grown here. I started off as a part-time aid and have been given all the support and encouragement to continue my education and qualifications. I have had the opportunity to work in every classroom. The center is very open so it creates an atmosphere where the children know all of the teachers, and the teachers know all of the children. I am excited to go to work every day and the children are excited to be here too. This is such a fun place to be!!
